The Hebrew word "ketubah" means contract, and in Judaism a marriage is not valid without one. The ketubah (plural ketubot) has always been a major form of Jewish artwork, and reading the ketubah is an important part of the wedding ceremony. Many couples purchase a decorative ketubah as an expression of both their love and their Jewish heritage. A ketubah makes a perfect wedding or anniversary gift.
Calligrapher's Ink is proud to offer six ketubot by renowned artist Joanne Fink. Three are limited edition lithographs; three are open edition prints. Each piece is printed on the finest quality 100% pH neutral rag paper, and is hand signed by the artist.
